Jill is the greatest! She's intuitive, caring, and brings a sense of realness to the sessions. I go to Jill for Hypno-coaching and have participated in her Past Life Regression session. I found Jill in 2013, and she has helped me work through my known, and some unrealized along with deeply rooted, issues through hypnotherapy. We identified my triggers, and she helps me get past barriers that were hindering my growth. She provides a recording of your session after each meeting which is great when you need a "refresher." This year Jill offered an exclusive on a "group" Past Life gathering. I wasn't sure what to expect with it, but Jill made the experience fun and natural. I was able to see not one, but two past lives which she said doesn't happen regularly but can. The added insight to my past lives has helped me to understand and highlight some of my decisions and choices in life. I have booked more than 3 times appointments with Jill and she has been phenomenal. I did my first one for anxiety that I was suffering and whatever she did, worked! It might seem the process may not work but it does. You just need to be open to the unknown and her qualities. She would not treat me, saying that my issues were too much for her to handle. Meanwhile, I have had half a dozen professional, insurance -accepting private-practice psychotherapists recommend I try hypnotherapy. I'm not sure why someone would just throw away good business and an eager customer without at least consulting with them first. Her demeanor was abrupt, curt, rather snarky and not very caring or compassionate -- especially towards a patient who is seeking help and relief. read more

I did not have a positive experience with Jill. I felt like there were a lot of limiting beliefs expressed around my goals and it came across as very negative and off-putting. I'm not sure if what she read intuitively was accurate or not as some seemed correct and other stuff was off target. The main concern I had was the delivery of the messages as they felt attacking and limiting. Almost like a diminishing of what I want in life and how hard it will be to get there. It is the opposite of what I've experienced with others in the healing world. I let her know we were not a match but she was not willing to refund me. The hypnotherapy part of the session wasn't bad, however I wasn't able to relax because I didn't feel a warm, genuine connection. Unfortunately, I can not recommend Jill. read more

I have heard of some real success stories involving hypnosis, but it was still a little bit "out there" for me, so I was happy when I asked someone I trusted for a referral and she suggested Jill. (So there was already a level of comfort.) I was surprised when another friend told me she was seeing Jill, too - and she found Jill on Yelp (so see - you CAN trust these reviews!) Jill has a very supportive and encouraging demeanor but still challenges you (in a gentle way) to be open to other possibilities and ways of thinking. I like that she not only has vast experience with a wide range of clients, but that she's faced her own demons and is very empathetic. I'm certainly not anywhere near the end of my journey of discovery, but so far Jill has helped me immensely. I am usually a very motivated, busy, accomplished person, but I found that I was allowing myself more and more frequent sloth-like days spent on the sofa (I told myself i needed those days to re-charge, but I was concerned because my to-do list wasn't getting any shorter!) I worried that hypnosis would turn me into a work-obsessed fiend, unable to ever relax. Exactly the opposite has happened. I feel calmer, less stressed and more productive, all at the same time. I can still enjoy a good snuggle on the sofa with the puppies, but now it is by choice and not by lethargy! read more

However right of the get-go before our session even started, I didn't receive the most welcoming greeting. That right away left a bad taste in my mouth. If you're head has ever been spinning with too many thoughts, coping with parents, grief and loss of employment, sometimes a psychologist isn't what you need. I was in a "Black-hole" for three years, after all those issues had happened. I had seen a hypnotist about 24 years ago, for post traumatic stress disorder, PSTD. It's from a traumatic experience an auto accident. IT WORKED. I had no more interest in taking drugs or telling someone my problems every week for months. I have had only three sessions with Jill and with-in two days I was feeling a little different, in more control of my day, more positive, able to deal with issues we talked about. On the second visit, I felt free of negative thoughts I had about myself, self-esteem was lifted and issues with parents seem to have vanished a little. There are too many issue to mention, but Jill has been able to touch on all of them in three weeks, getting to the "nitty-gritty". I have the good fortune of having good health and I try not to take meds if I can help it. It seems that I am super sensitive and have had all kinds of reactions so when I began having trouble sleeping and staying asleep I thought of meditation and hypnosis.
