My husband Brad and I met Alan and Dianna on August 8, 2020. We decided to deepen our spiritual path and we KNOW SPIRIT guided us here. I was interested in the Shamanic healings the most because I know how much it works in moving old baggage from your field that is no longer serving you. On this day, they were working as a team and had just decided to start holding more personalized all day retreats. We were blessed to be their first clients. I love Alan! This review has been a long time coming. It's hard to put into words the magic, love, power, grace and humility of this man, so much so that he seemed to be other-worldly when I met him. He's absolutely amazing! I first had the honor of meeting him in April of 2015 at a shamanic full moon retreat in the mountains near Santa Cruz, CA. He displayed such charisma and power, yet such gentleness and wisdom as a shamanic practitioner, I felt that I could trust him almost immediately. Well it's hard to put into words what a session with Alan is like, as it's truly a unique experience. Let me just say I went for one thing, and he unearthed something completely different that I didn't realize was holding me back. He helped me connect the dots from an image I was seeing in a session to 2 miscarriages I had many years ago. I had no idea I was still holding onto that, and as soon as he said it, it was like a lightning bolt through my body - I knew it was the truth. It was a very emotional session, but I felt about a thousand pounds lighter afterwards. So to me, the session was like magic...he works with guides to see what cannot be seen...what needs healing. To say that working with this man changed my life is an understatement. I met Alan in 2012 when I had reached the end of my rope with western healing practices toward stress and emotional trauma. At the time, I was living in the Bay area and working my way through getting to know various Shamans (both male and female) to find a healer that had the right feeling/attitude for my particular personality and disposition. Alan is a true spiritual healer bravely walking the difficult path of service and sacrifice for the benefit of others. Within moments of meeting him, I felt totally safe and able to be open and honest. This was very important, because we went deeper into the psychological realm than my past experiences with shamanism. I was impressed with how seamlessly he wove together various types of healing modalities that addressed my physical, mental, and spiritual health. During our first session, I was moved to tears by the wave of unconditional love that he was radiating. It opened my heart and gave me courage at the same time. I've been attending Alan's ongoing inner work group in San Francisco for the past several months. I really enjoy working with Alan as a teacher. He possesses a gentle sensitivity buoyed by a powerful depth and inner strength. In the groups, he creates an accepting and supportive atmosphere for personal seekers from a wide variety of backgrounds, even asking students to bring and present their own traditions to class. The meetings have wide variety in what we do, and I've learned a lot and accomplished a great deal in my own personal work through the sessions. My boyfriend has been seeing Alan for a few years now and has always wanted me to have a session with him. For reasons that are silly to me now I had been resistant to his request. After a healing session with Alan, I felt the most content I've ever felt in my life. The whole Shamanic experience was beyond amazing. Alan is a remarkable and skilled healer who demonstrates the art of love through his Presence and practice... I say this with confidence and conviction after having worked with healers/teachers who have either performed "miracles" or helped to heal terminal illness. During my visit to Mt Shasta and after clearing a lot of lower chakra blockages, I started experiencing a lot of back pain and fear that I couldn't get to the root of. Been working with Alan for the past two years & can honestly say it's been extremely transformative. Alan is my main healer and counselor, I see him 2 to 3 times a month & find his sessions much more effective than my regular therapy. He's very accommodating, his energy will make you feel comfortable & right at home.
