We are a 501(c)3 educational non-profit focusing on creating various programs for people, of all ages, to learn more about who they are, their limitations and possibilities. By engaging in creative activities together, we help bring awareness to the fears that hold us back and our opportunity to expand.

Meet the Manager: Sharla T.

Hi, I’m Sharla and I am passionate about creating with my hands, especially food. I focused on whole foods/sourdough cooking for the last 9 years. I have dove into fermentation and food preparation to receive the nutrients needed to fuel others, mainly my growing children! I am also a big fan of helping others learn about their bodies. I have been practicing therapeutic bodywork for 17 years. I focus am a myofascial practitioner with background in cranio-sacral therapy, trigger point, and womens health. Overall, I love helping people love their bodies through food, somatic modalities and laughter!
