Their video conference software for the $350, one-hour psych intake appt failed, and we ended up doing that call by phone. Dr. Molina was in a huge rush to get off that call--even though it should have been an hour--that it was disconcerting for us. He hung up after half an hour, leaving a lot our questions unasked and unanswered. The followup appointment was supposed to be in person. We drove 45 minutes to get there, only to learn that Dr. Molina had cancelled his in-person appts for the day, and no one had bothered to notify us. We had even scheduled it further out than desired so it could be in person, if I remember correctly. In the end, they sat us in a grubby office with an old laptop, and we did the appointment that way. On top of which, Dr. Molina's medication recommendations were neither useful nor evidence-based. Would not recommend. There are psychiatrists out there who are in it for the people and (not just) the money--find one of them.

She failed to take responsibility for her actions and instead had a sarcastic comment about how "we are all human" and frantically tried to figure out who we were without taking any time. Joselyn Vazquez did not value our time. I'm fortunate that my husband buys into therapy and that we will be able to find another therapist, but if your partner is on the fence this unethical treatment can end your marriage. Furthermore, when she did start to "remember" things they were incorrect and she did not complete any housekeeping the first session as we could not join from two different locations (which only happened because she scheduled us on a different date than what we agreed upon in our first session). I reached out to the office. The only communication we have received is asking if we want to reschedule with another therapist. No accountability or action. I have waited a week and a half to hear back.

When I first contacted them I was given the name of a male therapist and at first said NO. I am glad that I changed my mind and went with Dr. Kukoleck. He has helped me more than the couple before him. As for the veteran, there are procedures that must be followed and dishing the company because you didn't get what you wanted is WRONG. I went in to have a competency evaluation just for them to charge me $500 to repeat exactly what the VA had already said, the doctor did nothing but have me take the exact same paper test that every other psychology doctor will have you take. Absolute theft and abuse of veterans for their own financial gain.

This time I was pretty disgusted by the fact that this is a mental health counselor and I assumed they would take that into consideration before a no show/no call on their part.
