I reached out to attention to detail and they were able to come the next week- on New Year's Day! Well, I paid extra to have the smell removed, I'm very glad I did. The smell is gone, and my husband's car looks great. There was a moment when I thought that they had not completed the task well enough. I reached back out to them and they gave me the reminder to change the cabin filter (we had not done that yet), but he also said that if the smell returned, he would be back out there to redo the whole process without charge (except for the travel fee, which was fair as we are a solid 40 minutes away). I was so relieved that the smell was gone. Thanks for being so quick to respond, getting me on the schedule so quickly, doing a fantastic job, and being willing to come out again to redo the process without the detailing fee. I recommend Attention to Detail for your cars needs. I remember, if they miss something, just reach back out to them and they'll be willing to fix it.

I took it there for a wash and detail and now my paint job is jacked! Do not go there. Also he tried to charge me like $320 when they quoted me 250$ on the phone. Did not talk about the price with me until the end. During my time in the lobby, him and his wife were arguing and even discussed how one of their employees was damaging vehicles and lying about it.
