Loved the mirror for pulling the car into the automated car wash correctly. All employees very friendly. A crew with microfiber cloths wiped the car down immediately afterwards. A+++!! I don't carry cash so couldn't leave a tip, but will have some for future trips through. read more

$30 exterior/interior wash is not worth it! I won't buy it again. Poor vacuum job, sloppy illusion of the interior wipe-down. Very disappointed. The fingerprints on the dashboard are still there, dirt left in every seam. When I asked if they are going to wipe the leather, they just said "no" . rims were smudged with something gross and not even attempted to appear clean. And my car wasn't even that dirty. read more

This Shur Kleen is the best full service car wash in the Tacoma/Olympia area. The high school kids that work there are really hard working and do a great job on your car. I love getting my car washed and detailed ($40 + tip) there every six months as it makes my car look brand new. Highly recommended! read more

Nice place. I was running on about 3 hours of sleep so was a bit out of it. Everyone was nice and gave me the plan. Got the full package and when I pulled out of the wash a swarm descended on my car...vacuums, rags, elbow grease and done! I should have read Heather K's review before I went. My daughter's car was extremely dirty on the outside where she was parked under a fruit tree. When we went through the wash the first time it didn't clean the complete car. The boys that were working let us go through the car wash again free of charge. They even took an additional step and helped hand wash the hood. Talk about outstanding customer service! read more

I visited Shur-kleen in West Olympia: You give them $35 and they'll do the outside wash with Rain-X, vacuum out the inside of your car: clean your kids milkshake off the interior doors, pull the mats out and get all the gravel from behind your gas pedal, clean out the kids' popcorn collection in the car seat cup holders, windex-ed the smashed bug on the INSIDE of the windshield and they didn't even flinch (or take pictures of my vehicle)! Easily the most embarrassing experience of my life, but wow, what a deal! read more

I've been going to Shur-Kleen car wash here in Olympia for many, many years and always been happy with them. Never went anywhere else. NEVER AGAIN. I have a 2001 Toyota 4Runner. For the first time today, I decided to let loose and get the royal treatment--everything on the outside and an interior cleaning. The interior cleaning really isn't that much, just interior windows, wipe the (top of the) dash and kickboards, and vacuum (NOT in the crevices, by the way, just the carpets). Imagine my shock and disappointment when I popped open the back, and THE ENTIRE FLOOR OF THE BACK SECTION HAD NOT BEEN VACUUMED. I had made sure it was clear of almost everything, and what was there could easily have been moved around (a small plastic tub and an ice scraper). The carpet was not that dirty, no stains or dirt, just the usual pine needles and other small stuff like that. A typical car wash vacuum should easily have taken care of it in a couple of minutes. And the interior of a couple of windows was smeared. And for this I paid $30 plus a generous tip. All this was not discovered until I returned home an hour or two later. I have a lot to do and don't have time to drive all the way back there today. So Shur-Kleen, not only have you earned a one-star review on Facebook, but you have lost a loyal customer of 20+ years. Almost like new! I love these guys! I paid $34 and a team of four kids wiped down the interior and scrubbed the floor mats, and went through the car wash, got the wax on it. It would cost a lot more for an interior detailing from anyone else even though it would be more thorough. I always grab a towel myself and start hitting the areas they didn't see. (When you're cleaning anything, there's always something else you can find to do.) They are quick, have a great attitude, and are happy to come and finish up anything I point out. Don't come here. This is the 2nd time I have left unhappy. Today I paid $30 for my small 4- door to have both the interior and exterior cleaned. Outside was good but the only thing they wiped down on the inside was the windshield. As soon as I got in I still saw dust & dirt. I had to jump back out to grab a cloth and clean the interior myself because the workers had all left. Doors, dashboard, door jams, seats, etc. Never again. I was pissed! I took my car here the other day. I bought the most expensive (and I thought best) car wash they offered. After rubbing lots of dirty cloths on my car the worker said he was done. I pointed out all the dirt and mud still stuck on the bumpers and wheel bays and asked him to clean them off. He said no, he was done. Needless to say, there was no manager I could talk to. The only thing I'm not a fan of is how much shit they like to talk among themselves thinking that we can't hear them. Super unprofessional. There was one employee who really stood out and he deserves recognition. I don't remember his name but he was a shorter gentlemen who was wearing basketball looking shoes and a hat. He was awesome. He even asked me after they finished if there was anything else he could go back and make better. I really appreciated that. If you want a quick and decent wash, I'd give them a try. Environmentally friendly car wash with professional and courteous staff. My car is a 1998 Subaru Forester, and I commute to work on I-5. I have two large dogs that ride in the car often. My car drove in looking its age, and stunk like wet dog hair (even the attendant mentioned the word "ripe" when he stuck his head in to vacuum). I drove out looking brand new with very little smell, barely any dog hair, and no dirt. Love this car wash and I always tip these guys. read more

Not impressed at all, my standard size Subaru Forrester was slightly dirty but had recent seagull droppings on the top off the hood. I went thru the $12 advanced car wash and while the kid at the end of the line was hand drying with a red towel I noticed the seagull crap residue was still there. I asked if they had bug and tar remover to try on those spots and he told me to pull around to the wash area again. They tried Windex but it wouldn't come off, I asked if I could go through again and the kid said no you'll have to back up around the curvey curb and he couldn't help me. Terrible service should have solvent for stubborn wash jobs most places do. I won't go here ever again read more

We went through the Shur Kleen car wash...and it Shur WASN't clean!! I noticed dried bird poop on the side of the car - so we went back. They had us go through again and I specifically showed them where they had previously missed. We go out to the area where they dry the car and the poop was still there!!!! I took a car in today that I plan to sell. So I bought the full car wash for $18, which includes fully cleaning of the interior in addition to the wash and towel dry. I had 4 people working on my car to clean all surfaces inside - windows, dash, vacuum, etc. The car had a lot of dirt from transporting plants and the vacuum guy probably spent 20 minutes on it.
