On our wedding day, our coordinator accidentally instructed him to set up indoors instead of outdoors, where our ceremony and reception was actually planned. Despite the last-minute confusion, he handled the situation with an amazing attitude, completely moved and reset all of his equipment, and was ready just moments before the ceremony began.
