Shortly after booking I was contacted by the planning team, who were immediately amazing. We were assigned Jessica as our primary planner and she was INCREDIBLE from day one all the way through the event. She made the initial planning process so easy by providing vendor options and communicating back and forth to get things booked quickly. She answered all of my emails or texts immediately and always provided such helpful information. I left each meeting with her with a huge sense of relief and confidence that I was in good hands. I had my wedding planned with her help way in advance, which really reduced the overall stress level. Rehearsal/Day Before: I chose the 2-day event package so I was able to have my rehearsal dinner onsite the night before and then stay with my bridal party in the bridal suite. Jessica ran the rehearsal quick and efficiently, making sure it was fun but that the whole wedding party was prepared for the next day. The suite was super convenient, not to mention decorated so cute, which made for great "getting ready" pictures the next morning. It was relaxing to wake up leisurely and sip on coffee with my girls before the wedding day got started. Day of: It was perfect! The entire event was planned on a well thought out timeline and Jessica and her team kept that running so smoothly throughout. They handled everything with the vendors and all I had to do was show up knowing that everything was being taken care of. She made sure I ate, had everything that I needed, and packed a to-go box of food and cake for us for after everyone left. Jessica also handled the gifts and brought them to the suite so I truly didn't have to worry about anything at the end of the night. We were able to stay in the honeymoon suite that night so we didn't have to travel when the wedding ended. The next morning everything was already cleaned up and packed up for us. Me and my family didn't have to lift a finger for set up or tear down, which allowed us to all just enjoy the event. People always say to expect something to go wrong on the wedding day, and I can truly say that I had nothing go wrong on mine. We live in Florida. Without living there I couldn't really scope out any spots. My first impression with Steven was fantastic. He seemed to truly care about making everything perfect. His pricing was more than fair, not the most expensive not the cheapest. He was more than happy to share specific spots to propose, time of day that would've made the shots incredible but couldn't due to a prior commitment. However he made it all work out. My fiancee had no idea he was there until after the proposal and the pictures came out absolutely stunning. Truly worth every penny to capture such a precious moment in our life. Post photoshoot, he was very responsive and went above and beyond with editing. I searched for a while and Jordan and her team blew my expectations out of the water!!! 1) She was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. I'm a very detail-oriented person and she personally sent me her 5+ page planning document. I was so impressed and it was one of the many reasons showing me we picked the right caterer! 2) I asked for a diverse range of menu items -- and we had so much trouble narrowing it down because all of the options were so thoughtful and delicious! Jordan provided multiple options for many cuisines, including Asian, Italian, American and Pittsburgh-specific cuisine. We were blown away by not only that, but how flexible Jordan was with letting us pick several entree choices! 3) THE FOOD. Ugh, I'm still daydreaming about the food! It was SO GOOD. My husband absolutely devoured his meal and he is usually very picky about what he defines as a great steak -- he was STOKED. And we got so many compliments from wedding guests! 4) Jordan came to us once during our reception to check-in, with a huge smile on her face and the best energy. Little did we know, she was dealing with absolute CHAOS behind the scenes. Verbal harassment, no prep spaces (which had been promised via writing) and a whole bunch of food that needed to be prepped. Somehow, her team still managed to serve everyone a high quality meal that people raved about. She was also so considerate and waited to inform me until after we decompressed from the wedding with complete professionalism. Her crisis management deserves a gold star. We were appalled to hear she was treated so terribly but still provided the highest customer service. 5) The CAKE! Cally made the most delicious chocolate espresso cake and it was BEAUTIFUL. I called the day before my grandsons 3rd birthday party to try and order a bounce house last minute…read moreand Enoch came through with flying colors. Our prior plans fell through and Enoch saved the day. The party was an absolute success because of the bounce house. The kids were amused all afternoon. Enoch was easy to get in touch with and very responsive. He said he would have it there the next day before the party and he did. I can't thank him enough. And his prices are very reasonable.

Next At delivery he backed his trailer way out into flower beds destroying plants then left black marks all over concrete from a bad trailer. The parking lot is massive and we made sure it was empty for delivery. Next when sent pictures he responds via text at 1 am! We gave him 6 weeks to replace damaged plants and he did not after lying and stating he would make damages right. He is very abrupt, obviously lies and does not keep his own contract agreement.
