There equipment was very clean and they had all the necessary backups and tools needed to make this a great party. After the party was over they helped break down the equipment and even interacted with the kids and made sure they had a good time. My experience was the worst. They do not stand behind their products and their customer service is…read moreterrible. If you are at their counter, any phone call is more important than you. This was my first and will be my last experience with this outfit. I called around and this was the only place I could find a laminate flooring cutter. Their counter person on the phone said, "yes, we have one." I picked the cutter up just before noon on a Saturday. The cutter seemed a little small and it was filthy. I again asked specifically if the cutter would cut 12mm laminate and was told yes. The following morning I started my floor project. The cutter was crap and would not even begin to cut my laminate. Of course they are closed Sunday. Monday morning I returned the cutter and told them not to tell customers the cutter worked on laminate. The counter guy totally didn't care and did not offer a discount or a refund. Stick with Home Depot for rental equipment, lesson learned.
