Not surprised as last time I was here when my fingers got by the hedge trimmer I had a 5 hour wait. We asked how soon she would be seen but they couldn't tell us. The service has deteriorated significant since I first moved here in 1995. The service with the old hospitals Port Hope and Cobourg were way better then. This is a government problem not the staff. I feel bad for the staff here. Peterborough Hospital was like this back in the 90s but I hear it has improved. Increased my rating as Dr and nurse were very nice. And seen under 5 hours.

Asked what time their appointments were and when they found out I was in at 8 and they were slightly later they said I should check in first. Front desk woman was quick at her job and I was signed in and told to have a seat and they would call me. Barely had a chance to sit down when they called me, no wait times when your the first one in. After the ultrasound I went back to the waiting room to wait for my turn in the x-ray (also a very short wait). The only complaint I could possibly have is the length of time it took to get an appointment but that is nothing they could help. Keep up the good work.

The employees are happy because, according to them, they are paid fairly and treated well. The owner gives back to the community and runs a very professional operation. The store is tiny but they have a great selection of stuff, including CBD lipbalm! Prices are better than OCS. It is cash only though so come prepared, they do have an ATM inside the store. There is a small gravel parking lot, an added bonus is they are dog-friendly so you can bring your pooch! I would definitely recommend this shop to everyone.
