You would think owning A business and working with senior citizens on a regular basis that he would have empathy and patience! JIM is a tyrant, disrespectful,rude and arrogant !!! HE ROLLS HIS EYES on a regular basis when you ask him questions or just in general! I'm assuming he doesn't have a lot of reviews as he mostly works with seniors. So on behalf of my 80-year-old mother I am writing this review! After she came home and explain to me the situation I was mortified angry and hurt with her treatment from this man!!!! As you can see I have not given Whitby Hearing Clinic a rating. My husband purchased a hearing aid…read morethrough his insurance company when he lost his in a motorcycle accident in 2012. He has been back to The Whitby Hearing Centre numerous times over the past two years to have the hearing aid repaired. Lately he has to take the hearing aid back every couple weeks for repair during which time he has to rely on an old one. He has asked for the hearing aid to be replaced as it is defective but they just keep repairing it and sending it back only to have the recurring problem a couple weeks later. We have attempted to resolve this problem with Whitby hearing but they just keep blowing us off with lame excuses. This hearing aid cost $3000 and we are seniors cannot afford this expense. If you want a reliable clinic, do yourself a favour and go somewhere else because this company is very unreliable and in short, sucks!!!!
