Though I sometimes left feeling better, which made me trust her more, Faith Wang's aggressive confidence and dismissiveness made me hesitant to confront her afterward about the injuries I sustained. During the massage on August 26th, I felt something go wrong with my shoulder. Immediately after, I lost function and range of motion. I sought medical care starting September 18th at urgent care, followed by my primary care doctor on September 25th. An MRI on October 10th confirmed a supraspinatus shoulder tendon injury, and a later MRI confirmed a quad tendon injury. The shoulder injury caused the most intense pain. Also - Bevin started out as a massage therapist. So you can go for a massage instead, if you're not feeling up to the rolfing. It's a great way to start with her. Bevin's also really skilled at coaching you on how to hold your posture and move your body more effectively. You have an active role in your healing and it's very empowering.
