We had to pay over $800 and have an outside IT company find a problem and let Bertram know to get our service to work with Inuit products we were down for days, lost so much money. If this wasn't our ONLY option we would have paid anything to switch. They are currently ignoring me because they do not want to pay us back for the IT invoice to solve their problems, so I will continue to write bad reviews until they do the right thing.
