After 15mins I left because customers kept walking in with on-line appointments and the "walk-in" line was never addressed. So I made an online reservation for the next available appointment (which was 1:40pm). When I came in for my 1:40pm there was now only 1 person working, and there were 10 people in the walk-in list and 2 in the reservation list. 1 wasn't called until 2:15pm! Well over a half hour past my "appointment". Come on! This company advertises about its great service, yet has no one working when you stop in for help! When I did get to customer service, they really didn't help me with much. Seemed way more interested in trying to sell me a phone line than to deal with my billing issue. Seems this company has put all their efforts into selling phone lines and not really caring if they keep their cable and internet customers.

When I spoke with him in person, he let me know he had seen my email but had been busy and wasn't able to reply yet. That said, he did help me once I came in, and I really appreciated how empathetic and understanding he was about the situation. I've been with Spectrum (previously Time Warner Cable) customer for over 10 years, and right now I'm happy with my current service and the customer service I've received at this location.

I spent 2-3 hours on the phone with multiple reps getting different answers. One told me to send the phone to a third party, but now I'm being told it's only worth $100-$200. To make things worse, my service was shut off over this disputed charge, even after I made payments. As a single parent and disabled veteran, I rely on my phone for communication, including VA medical calls. The mobile service is okay, but the lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable. I will be leaving Spectrum Mobile as soon as I can.
