While I was still connected to the equipment and in serious pain, I repeatedly tried to get help over the span of 33 hours. No one came. Instead, I was directed to an international call center and left to manage the situation myself. I ultimately had to remove the probes on my own while injured. They later billed for equipment removal. Being left without in-person medical support during an active injury is not acceptable, especially during an ongoing diagnostic test.

First, the good: during the two years I saw Wang, he really did find the cocktail that worked. Now, the bad: 1) staff is extremely impolite and disorganized. In addition, I think there may have been...oh, ONE time in the 2 years I went to Wang where they actually returned my calls. 2) Regular waiting time is 1-2 hours. Not once have I gotten to see him prior to 45 minutes after my appointment time and on one occasion I had to wait for literally four hours before seeing him (I checked). 3) He doesn't renew prescriptions if you miss an appointment, regardless of why you missed the appointment. This wouldn't be an issue if you could get in to see him within a week, but I've never been able to book an appointment less than 3 weeks in advance. This means that if something happens and you can't get in to see him, you have to go without your medications. Tough luck. In sum: maybe one day he'll get his office in order, hire new staff and stop being so neglectful of his patients. Until that day comes, stay far, far away.
