They've reached out to an attorney to collect an outstanding $150 after I already paid over $600 for scans they insisted on doing and was told would be covered. This attorney has been aggressively trying to contact me by reaching out to my place of work and family members... over a bill of $150. I will be paying the bill in order to put this matter to bed and it seems Peter Pruden needs this $150 way more than I do.

I later spoke with Joann who was also extremely nice and went the extra mile to work with me. After I arrived I was brought in by Dr. Marcus's assistant Arianna. She was very pleasant and kind, and made me feel very comfortable. After meeting Dr. Marcus I knew that I was in the right place with the right people. He was very professional, kind and considerate. His main concern was that I would not be in pain and he would be able to do the root canal. He continually checked to make sure I was not in any pain, and did a great job. I cannot say enough wonderful comments about Dr. Marcus and his amazing staff. I would never go anywhere else for this kind of procedure. The office was immaculate and comfortable. I have to return next week for this to be completed and to have another procedure done with Dr, Kapoor. Needless to say I am not apprehensive at all. This is certainly a great place! She interrupted me throughout the conversation and made inaccurate statements regarding my visits. Rebecca explained that I denied a crown which is false. I asked why the Dr would continue to see me to make adjustments if I was denying a crown and her recommendation was to get one. I have never had a negative experience like this and my wife and I will not be going back. We are also in the process of filing multiple claims for damage to surrounding tooth area due to her work. I felt some irritation behind my left molar so I made an appointment at HBD. They are great and…read morehighly hygienic plus they follow CoVID standards very seriously!! The dental assistant met me in the parking lot and asked me questions like have I been exposed to CoVID then she took my temperature which was normal. I followed her in and was seated in a comfy dental chair. I rinsed my mouth for 39 seconds and spit it out. The dentist looked at my molar and said I had some particles which she cleaned out. She's awesome!! Highly recommend!!
