Once I found it I went in and walked into a super cute studio. It has mattresses, pillows and blankets. This is the first time I went to a sound bath with mattresses so that was nice. It smelled great. Good aroma therapy with the incense. Idk if it's sound proof but it had to have been. You couldn't hear any outside noises. Kim did a great job with guided meditation. She has a really positive calming energy. The sound bath felt like 20/30 minutes. I felt absolutely amazing after. I really enjoyed the small talk after as well. I will be back.

Jason, the owner, is really nice and I thought he truly embodies yoga philosophy. He definitely provided a lot of great lessons in his class today, so I really appreciated that. My challenge is that he went thru a few difficult sequences with us and then gave us free time to flow. I, for some reason, just blanked on the sequence as I realize I do need some simple cues to move me thru the entire sequence. It was fine, and I just flowed in the way my body wished, but I guess, I was looking for a little more instruction. Now, I know what to expect, so I'll be better able to freestyle next time. I didnt entirely love all the music choices, but it worked for a pretty intense, sweaty class! This is a gorgeous studio and I loved the design as everything was in darker hues so during savasana, the room almost was completely dark. They have a few bathrooms, so that's nice and also one shower room. The lobby is well organized with also a central bench so people can sit and wait until the next class starts or chill out after their class. There are also two massage rooms here and very beautiful. This plaza is always busy, with Ghost Ranch here and Landis Bike shop too. Parking lot is tight. If you're a new student, they offer 2 classes for $20 and that's a great deal! Even minus the special, I can see myself coming here as this place is super close to me. I also haven't practiced Mysore in a long time and would love to get back into that again. A wonderful solid studio, I'll definitely be back!

She's short, she seems extremely irritated, she seems as though she would like to be anywhere but there, she does not smile, when you ask questions she makes you feel stupid, and when someone says thank you or have a good day she flat out ignores you. I hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity to better align staff interactions with the values the studio represents, especially someone sitting at the front desk. Everyone was very nice, and though you can purchase a membership, I loved that it was very low pressure. It actually seems like a good deal that your services can be rolled forward, and can be combined for a larger service. I'm just not a subscription person. I booked an hour massage and a facial. The facial was very thorough and relaxing. The massage was also great, but ended really quickly. When I got dressed and walked to the desk, the gal apologized, as she didn't realize that I had booked an hour. She said I could go back in and get another 30 minutes, but I was already put back together. No thanks. As I checked out, I was also given a cute little facial gift bag, with a nice smelling cleanser, toner and moisturizer. Nice touch. I had a decent service. I'm on the fence about this place. Give it a try though. Better than any local chain.

Today was my first visit with Michelle and I could not have been more pleased. I am a very anxious person so I was worried this would get in the way of the reiki session. Not so. Everything within Source Connection is crafted to promote well-being and serenity. The giant singing bowls used at the beginning of the session were my favorite. You can feel them within your entire body as you are lying on the table. There will be no sounds to distract you from your session either, as she plugs you into some serene music. I eventually grew quite comfortable and was able to let go and let the healing take over. I got the vibe that Michelle is a master at what she does. And like she told me, she has done literally over 5,000 sessions. She isn't new to this. She confirmed so many things for me and with great precision honed in on all the areas where I needed healing and work. I will definitely be returning for follow up appointments. In fact, I feel it's just as important as going to the doctor. Especially for people who are acutely sensitive to the world around them. I just had my first Reiki session with Michelle at Source Connection and am so glad I did it. I've been interested in energy healing the last several years but was always hesitant to try it out, in part not being sure what it would entail and also wanting to seek a professional environment. Source Connection has a very professional and welcoming environment, the premises has a look and cleanliness of an alternative medical office but is still very inviting and relaxing similar to what you'd find at a spa. The session included exactly what was detailed on the website - I always like an outline of information I can expect. Once I arrived, Michelle talked through what would happen in the session before we started, which I appreciated as it put me at ease. Michelle is amazing. This was my first time with Reiki so I wasn't sure what exactly to expect. The whole experience was wonderful, from the first impressions of her studio, to her presence, onto the actual reiki experience. First of all, she offers far more than what I was expecting as far as the reiki treatment. Beyond that, she creates a soothing and healing environment with aromatherapy, singing bowls and music. After the treatment she communicates with guides to translate important information about areas of your life that might be blocked and ways to move through it. It almost felt like a therapy session but with a compassionate friend. During the treatment, I felt so relaxed and eventually felt intense energy flowing through my body, starting from the top of my head. Afterwards, I almost felt as if I were floating outside of my body. I cannot wait for another treatment with Michelle. I have recommended her to many friends. This was my first time doing a Reiki session so I was a bit nervous and didn't know what to expect. I have recently been overwhelmed with high anxiety and a yearning for finding my true self as I've also been struggling with my identity and beliefs. Coming into the art of Reiki that I knew nothing about, I was having trouble with my identity along with some other deep rooted problems that I had buried. Problems being my normal happy, positive self, I felt like I was losing at life and work. Michelle Lobstein helped me identify my issues and after the first session I had already learned techniques to take away from the stress and anxiety. I went to see Michelle hoping that I would understand the low that I was experiencing after a pretty powerful ayahuasca experience. I really didn't know what to expect. I had such a great experience. I could tell something was happening when just through placing her hands on my body that my feet, hands and face would go numb. It was wild. I have had several sessions with Michelle and two classes with Preston. Each time I leave the studio I feel my body is on my side. Sessions are thorough and informative. Michelle takes the time to listen and do her work. She will give homework so we as clients are in charge of our spiritual journey and healing.
