I was told my contract would be waived and to not worry about it. Now they want $350 to get out of a three year contract we all did not existed. Square up by Chase is a much better way to go. I'm a new Source One Payment Solutions customer and my rep, David, has been absolutely phenomenal to work with. Everything he promised me has come true. As far as credit card processing companies go, I hate them with a passion. I've been a small business owner for over two decades and I usually stick with what works and although my previous solution wasn't working for years and I desperately wanted to find a better solution, I just didn't trust any of the credit processing companies that called me daily to switch. I hated their tactics trying to convince me and tell me they will save me money and try to make me feel guilty if I didn't switch, or to meet with them for a free evaluation, etc. But David was different as he came from a referral of a friend and I just got a good feeling from him that he was looking out for my best interests. He made the process super easy as I was very busy that day and as promised, I was set up with a terminal that used my internet connection, the money from each transaction is in my bank the very next business day instead of what used to be 3-4 days which killed my cash flow, and the rates were better than what I had before. I now look forward to swiping credit cards! Recently I discovered my terminal will process cards that don't even need swiping. It confused me at first, you just wave the card next to the terminal and it reads it. I didn't even realize my terminal could do that. One more happy experience to share. I was in desperate need of receipt paper, so I called my rep up, and in just a few hours, I got all the refills I needed! Now that is customer service. This is the worst company to ever deal with, they are bunch of liars and thieves, I signup to use their service and from beginning was trouble. they said the funds will be credited over night it always took 48 hours to credit. I was forced to close my account with them they charged me $395 cancellation fee one time and then they hit my account again one more time $395. It has been over a month I call daily to request credit for over the charge and they give the same story over and over again. Accounting department is in meeting, supervisor is not available, it has been submitted to accounting for processing and on and on, like a broken record. If not paid by April 1st I'll file lawsuit.
