I questioned this and said "oh I guess I can get a hot tub (commercial) but can't get a tire patched when I'm paying for emergency road service. In calling back, Amy Bowman had already been filled in by Jennifer and although she said I would be reimbursed she was nonchalant, unconcerned about my claims about Jennifer and pretty much encouraged me to take my business elsewhere.
