I arrived for my appointment, left the vehicle and was told they would call me when it was completed. The entire day passed and no word, I had a coworker give me a ride, arrived just before closing, 5PM or so. The front desk attendant said the Technician needed to talk with me, 15 minutes later the Technician came out and told me he never got the vehicle on the rack, he was just too busy, that he was left with too much work etc. etc. He could have told me this that morning! He could have called me an hour later! When the Technician pulled the Vehicle around for me, He said they were sorry for this, I said I was sorry as well, Thinking "I should have gone somewhere else in the first place". But! I was just blown off... On my drive home I noticed damage to my windshield, the windshield on my RV was perfect when I dropped it off, it now had a nickel size fracture in it. Nice! Try proving that right! What was going on in that Shop behind the scenes? Was this over worked frustrated Tech throwing tools in the shop?, damaging mine and others Property? This kind of Customer treatment should get out to the local public, Schedules are not honored, and the Customers valuable time is not remotely considered. I paid in personal wasted time, and indisposition of a shop full of work and no one to perform it.

Our snowblower was brought into Action Shop in May 2023 for repairs. The repairs were not completed…read moreuntil November 2023. We went to pick up the snowblower that had sat outside in their lot since May 2023. When they started the snowblower it sounded terrible and a belt was loose and hitting the box, the machine, which had always been in a garage, was faded and the 2 guys said they were not sure what was wrong, but maybe the gears. The owner came out and asked if we had been notified about the gears and the 2 guys said they had not called us. They said a new gear box would be about $400.....so we said we should have been notified before we rented the U-Haul trailer and made the hour long trip to pick it up. We ordered a new gear for $35. and repaired the snowblower ourselves. Very disappointed. We have used them before with better outcomes.

Probably the worst experience I've ever had, I reserved a 16' truck online and when I went to pick…read moreit up they said they didnt have the truck I reserved and offered me a 12' truck even though there was two 16' trucks in their lot. They said I couldnt use them because those were reserved, even though I had a reservation as well! I told them a 12' is not what I reserved and the man there yelled at me and said they didnt have the truck. They were also going to charge me per mile although my online reservation clearly said unlimited miles. They also charged me for a 16' truck even though I was stuck with a 12', and when I brought that up they just told me to call customer service. Worst mistake of my life spending my money at such a terrible place. If I didnt have to do my move this weekend I would have taken myself somewhere else, unfortunately I was cramped on time.
