My 5 year old Dell Inspiron PC was sick. I tried home remedies and looked online for help, but…read morenothing worked. Dell only got sicker, with occasional times of remission. Ultimately, Dell went into cardiac arrest (blue screen with core dump) and some sort of coma. I tried replacing the memory but Dell remained in a coma. That was when I came across That Help Guy (aka Dennis). Dennis has the demeanor of a very experienced doctor. He immediately put me and Dell at ease with his initial phone consultation. Once we determined that Dell would not be easily revived, I brought Dell to Dennis. The problem ended up being a corrupted c: drive. Fortunately, I had most of my data backed up on external drives, but for the parts which were resident on the c: drive and not backed up, Dennis managed to recover that data (some Documents and Photos). Dennis also gave me suggestions for a new c: drive to purchase, which I bought for him to install. Now my PC is running again. Bottom line: * Dennis is a great person to so to for computer help. He knows his stuff really well from his many years working as an IT professional and from being That Help Guy. * Dennis is very reasonable and fair on service cost. * Back up your data. I was lucky that he was able to recover things on my c: drive.

He was angry with math and despite all the tutors and teachers, we couldn't get our son to like math. The time he spent with Mr Russell was life changing. This is 100% the truth. We didn't have high hopes for our son with Algebra 1 at Santa Monica High School. Mr Russell approaches each student with a unique approach since of course all students are different. He was able to relate to our son and turn him around to actually enjoying math. He'd even shoot basketball hoops as a reward. He turned our son around in math and he achieved a B in his math class, which for us was a massive increase. But more importantly our son now approaches math with self-esteem and confidence. I looked up many tutoring centers in the area and decided on CEC. I signed her up for AST twice a week. Within two weeks she was starting to get it and even got an 85% on her math test - which before she averaged 70%. She had so much more confidence with math and the staff, especially Mr. Brian worked around her busy schedule.
