Confidence and grades have soared! My 7 year old tutors with Laura because he wants to increase his math skills. I especially love that she doesn't limit what he can learn at his age. He's learned his multiplication and division tables, rounding to the 10,000's, perimeter, area and today he learned fractions. It's only been 8 weeks. We signed up for another 8 weeks. I looked up many tutoring centers in the area and decided on CEC. I signed her up for AST twice a week. Within two weeks she was starting to get it and even got an 85% on her math test - which before she averaged 70%. I finally decided to drop them after 3 months of there service , I dropped them on Monday the day before they announced the school districts were going on a strike , called her and told her that my daughter will not be going to school until further notice , she did not care and just said we have the 48hr rule policy ...on another occasion my daughter for very ill and called to cancel and would not refund us, but 1 Day the tutor was late or wasn't going to make it and she refunded us , only to there convince..but besides that the tutors there are very good kids , the owner needs to learn how to run a business

My 5 year old Dell Inspiron PC was sick. I tried home remedies and looked online for help, but…read morenothing worked. Dell only got sicker, with occasional times of remission. Ultimately, Dell went into cardiac arrest (blue screen with core dump) and some sort of coma. I tried replacing the memory but Dell remained in a coma. That was when I came across That Help Guy (aka Dennis). Dennis has the demeanor of a very experienced doctor. He immediately put me and Dell at ease with his initial phone consultation. Once we determined that Dell would not be easily revived, I brought Dell to Dennis. The problem ended up being a corrupted c: drive. Fortunately, I had most of my data backed up on external drives, but for the parts which were resident on the c: drive and not backed up, Dennis managed to recover that data (some Documents and Photos). Dennis also gave me suggestions for a new c: drive to purchase, which I bought for him to install. Now my PC is running again. Bottom line: * Dennis is a great person to so to for computer help. He knows his stuff really well from his many years working as an IT professional and from being That Help Guy. * Dennis is very reasonable and fair on service cost. * Back up your data. I was lucky that he was able to recover things on my c: drive.
