Amazing service!! They went above and beyond. I am currently out of the country and my pup was staying with my vet. I called around 3am in the morning for an issue I had. During the first call I informed that it was a rush job and needed someone to fix a problem. If they were unable to do so in less then 30 minutes I would call another company. The gentleman on the phone said they would be on my location in 10-15 minutes. I asked again to confirm and he said no problem, 10 to 15 minutes someone would be there. I called back 30 minutes later and spoke to the same gentleman in the phone. Asked for an update on when a lock smith would arrive. He said he would reach out to the driver to find out. 20 minutes later I received a phone call. The phone call was from a lock smith of the company. The gentleman asked me what the problem was. I described the job and asked if he was on-site. He said that he hadn't left wherever he was currently. I raised question to why I was told 10-15 minutes during the initial phone call and it had already been over 50 minutes. There was no sound of remorse or any reason. He brushed off the question and said "do you want me to come or not?" I said yes and he replied with he would be at my location no more then 20 minutes. I called back his number 30, 45 and one hour later. He never answered or called me back. Never showed up. One of the worst experiences with any company I've ever had. read more

Adam was wonderful! Being the idiots that we are, my boyfriend and I locked ourselves out on our balcony in our Art Deco condo. I called Adam from the neighbor's cell phone and he was here within minutes. It was a tough job because a piece of wood was stuck in the track of the sliding glass door. I had put it there to keep folks out - and it worked! Adam was able to get the wood up by snaking a coat hanger through the doors. After spending quite a bit of time on the phone with me, Adam recommended a different type of lock than the one I already had purchased and revealed that I would be able to install the newer lock by myself instead of paying him to do so. He did not care to help me with a problem I had with the lock they installed the day before. He was aggressive and rude screaming on the phone to not bother him by calling for help.
