The issue is, I am aware and I understand, and yet they want to talk to you like you're a kid who knows nothing and wants to talk to you like you are in elementary school. The beds are nice, but the cattiness and rude behavior is uncalled for, especially from the manager. Sometimes you give a young college person a chance to manage and they act like they are on a power trip. A lot of the times the beds were not clean either. They are too busy gossiping. When I tried to contact the corporate office they were like, "They are college kids, what do you expect?" That says it all right there. So I do not recommend this place at all.

I love that regardless of the time that my information was still in their system on what I previously got, which beds, spray time, times, etc and that it was simple to just set everything up again. I went back right before my trip to Cabo since it had been years since I had actually been in sunlight for any real time periods but my natural color, given my heritage is pretty dark. I was happy to see that they had a special going on for the rest of the real that would cover both the regular tanning and spray tan for a reasonable price. Each time I have gone into this location, I am greeted with a smiling face and warm Welcome and I haven't had to wait more than 45 seconds to get into a room yet.
