I signed up for the tanning again. The salon is ALWAYS clean and the staff is great. Friendly ladies and always ready to help! The booths are great. I have only been going for a week now and I already have a great start to a summer tan. You can listen to music which helps the time go faster...lol. I started at 8 minutes and now up to the full 12. Trust me when I say the music helps cause after 12 minutes I am ready to stop. Not for any bad reasons but just because it gets hot, that's why it works so well! They always seem to running some type of special which is always nice. I choose to pay monthly and I can cancel any time. They are also working on saunas in the back and I think it's called red light booths for wrinkles and such. Once those are done I will make an update to this review. read more

The best spray tanning place around! The people that had problems with blotchy sprays must have not used the machines or lotion correctly because this gives me an airbrushed tan every time. My friends and I have the membership. You don't end up orange or too dark, take a body shower 6 hours after to let the excess swipe off and you'll be great. DO NOT SPRAY TAN HERE !!!! i have gave them 3-4 chances after my first time tanning with them , to fully make sure i wasn't losing my mind , you WILL get bumps !! puss filled bumps at that , i don't think they remove the nozzles and hoses in the machines and properly clean and disinfect them at all! Been going here for about 6 months now and I love it. Quick service, longest wait was 10 minutes and it was enjoyable because I got a chance to chat with the shop keeper. Sweet disposition and just lovely. Each time I encounter knowledgable staff. No pressure, just helpful information. They can advise you on proper skin care for your tan prep and tan keep. Very clean facility. Each room is cleaned between uses, and the entire place is wiped down and mopped throughly every night. I recently started using the moisturizing body wash Forever Fun, and Color Maximizer pre-tan gel, and they do help my tan to be look better and fade evenly. Just make sure you pay attention to the emails and texts with promotional pricing cause thats when the prices are the best. Overall I am a very satisfied customer. One wish...in-room blow dryers of some sort, to help get your skin dry faster, before putting on your clothes. read more

I'm highly disappointed in the company zoom tan. I have been going there for nearly a decade and now I'm cancelling my membership due to their lack of wearing a mask during covid. They have zero mask policy even though this is a place of business that requires a detail to cleanliness and proper hygiene guidelines. The rooms have never felt spotless so the fact that the simplest thing to protect against covid is to wear a mask and that isn't being done, which makes me question the effort put into cleaning the rooms between customers. When I called to complain I was told that because fl doesn't have a mask mandate. However the city has a mask ordnance. I have traveled to multiple locations to find one that is wearing masks. However none of them are. I am a business owner myself and require masks to be worn in my place of business out of respect for the customers inside. It appalls me that a place dealing with hygienic situations is not feeling the same necessity to protect the public. read more

Is Zoom Tan any good? We will never know! I was looking for a place to tan on my lunch breaks, and this is close to my work. I called in to the number listed online to ask about pricing. I was told they have UV tanning for $2 a minute. YIKES. For that price, the beds better make me lose weight and make my teeth whiter as well! The woman at customer service said they were wonderful beds, and I should at least try them. She offered me a complimentary session to see if it didn't change my mind. Upon arriving at the salon, the girl at the desk said that I had to have a printed coupon in order to redeem my visit.. I explained I had spoken to Erin at customer service, and she had told me just to stop by. The girl tried to argue with me, but I asked if she could just call Erin and see. She called Erin and was given a "code" for my session (but not before trying to sell me every item in their inventory). She tried the code a few times, and then said, "sorry it isn't working. We won't be able to honor that." When I got to my car, I called customer service back, and they were completely unhelpful. Oh, and the place doesn't accept CASH as a method of payment! Really? I mean I know the value of the dollar is decreasing, but come on. So basically I wasted my lunch break and was lied to. The end. read more

Clean and affordable level 5 UV and spray tan salon. No beds just standing with the lowest priced membership at $19.99 per month. Easy to find location on the corner of 56 and Bruce B Downs, next to Nutrition Smart. I found this to be a convenient stop on my way home from work. Great customer service that informed me of the current sales and specials, not fake or pushy like typical tanning salon reps. I never had to wait longer than 30 seconds. There is space in the hallway for additional rooms to be added once business picks up. I hope they drown out the competition. South Beach Tan prices are outrageous in comparison. I joined to tan up for my beach wedding and got exactly what I wanted without any thrills or overpriced lotion. The only thing I'd change about Zoom is the music situation. There's nothing to listen to inside the tanning booth unless you bring headphones. Sometimes I could hear the radio that plays throughout the salon. It was hard to hear unless it was cranked, which then competed with my headphones. I'd love to see individual sound systems installed. Either way, I'll definitely rejoin Zoom Tan the next time I need a base tan before vacation. read more

Great prices! $29/month for unlimited 12min. booth is far cheaper than the two other salons in the area. I like that they are standup machines-as you can never be sure if the lay down acrylics have been cleaned properly. At first I thought it was weird that they give you a c-fold towel instead of cloth- but it is more hygienic and cuts down on their expenses. I have a really great tan after only one week so they must keep up with the maintenance and changing bulbs in the beds. The salon itself is always clean and the staff is very helpful. As a business owner - I see no problem with only accepting debit or credit card- no cash means less chance of a robbery or possibly having an employee "borrow" your cash. First time using this business. I'm from CA and used California Sun for all my Versa Spa spray tans. First impressions are important. I walked in and Manager was on her cell. I waited patiently. She finally got off her cell. She never introduced herself, I had to ask for her name, had to ask for a tour of the business. I bought 6 spray tans for $100. First visit, I tried the Versa Spa, Room #7, was disappointed because the machine wasn't spraying the color on me as I had expected. It sprayed more on the cap on top of my head. I have pictures. Second visit, was another disappointment, the cream container was totally empty and the room was dirty. I took pictures and emailed them according to their instructions on the wall. I got a call from Ana, district manager we talked about issues, she promised to get back to me, she never did. Finally received email from Kristin, another district manager, but she never addressed issues and never got a response back. Still waiting on a reply as of today. Third visit, I decided to try the NORVELL in Room # 11 per the recommendationof Ana, it didn't work, the whole unit had to be rebooted. Manager said it's normal for this to happen. If I opened a business, I would make sure every room is up and running for customers. The lack of professionalism clearly defines how the owner runs his business. Walked in after I was finished with my training down the way trying to kill time and tan some. When I walked in and started asking questions about the tanning beds there the younger girl in the front with dark brown hair greeted me with an awful look on her face, treated me as if I didn't know what I was talking about, so I left. She could have explained more to me rather than treat me like I'm not a paying customer. The worst customer service skills I've ever experienced. I used to think this place was a decent shop for a spray tan but recently I went to the South Beach tanning salon and their sprayer works so much better. Also, no one told me that my spray tan's expired. They have good deals where you can buy one get one free but apparently they expire. I waited 20 minutes in the lobby because the receptionist could not get a hold of corporate just for them not to do anything for me and tell me my coupon expired.
