They are a bunch of thieves. They closed their Worcester, MA location, claiming the landlord was "a…read moredeadbeat" and kept upping their rent. At that time I called to close my monthly account, as Holden, Ma was a little out of my way. Tropic sun not only continued to charge my account for a service I discontinued, they charged me multiple times from October 2013 to March 2014 (to the tune of $21.95 multiple times a month!). They then would not make good on what they owed me - which is up over $350. I was told back in January they were going to refund me. In february asked to come in and get it settled, in March I did just that and they swiped my card for a "REFUND" which never went through because their account was offline. I called immediately and they said they would mail me a check. That was over 4 weeks ago and today when I called they told me to dispute it with my bank. The "manager" on the phone was rude, would not give out the owners information to try to work something out with me and Here I sit $350 out filing a claim with Bank of America. What owner hides behind an excuse of "it was the processing company's fault" Seriously. Grow some testicles and make things right!
