They got to put on gear and learn the basic moves and even practice against one another. All in the span of an hour. The are instructors for each level of expertise. The Colorado Springs location is held in a Middle School gymnasium; 6 pm for the kiddos. It's very affordable and we're definitely going to keep it up!
