Called J bird Storage and Justin answered, he was very nice and said his storage place has in house dump station for his customers, we informed him we were all set up elsewhere and he still allowed us to dump at his location. Upon arriving we saw that everything looked nice and well kept, large lot and easy to access dump station. We will definitely consider for the future. This is centrally located and definitely competitive with other spots we know of. It is one thing to have a good location but being kind and accessible was such a plus, we are grateful and look forward to working with Justin again.

Be careful dealing with this place if you are not a senior !! **update to response *** I am not sure what you mean that you held this reservation already as my reservation was for tomorrow and per your confirmed email no money was needed to hold the rez and your email stated that the rez would be held for 7 days past 4/12. So I am unsure why the day before my reservation date I was asked to pay money when my confirmation email didn't state to pay money to hold my rez or I would have. The lady who handled this call had no customer service and acted like this company has have held my reservation for weeks and had no issues not caring that the email stated something different. Again if the payment would have been asked upfront then there would be no issue but to call the day before I am due in to ask for money to hold my reservation makes no sense per your confirmation email which never asked for money.
