I even went back for a phase 2 that has given me an incredible boost in energy, vitality, sleep improvement, and pain relief. The program is a combination of high tech pulse and electro therapy machines paired with deep tissue massages by a trio of caring masseuses, Manny, Saores, and Anay. They are the best I've ever seen. Viroja (License #ME92681) Darren Lastofsky, chiropractor John Catena, chiropractor Jennifer Smith, nurse practitioner This clinic took advantage of my elderly uncle who has Alzheimer's. The clinic rushed him and coerced him into signing a long-term contract for questionable services. When confronted about it, the clinic refused to cancel the contract. My uncle now has a lawyer working on his behalf, and complaints are being filed with medical and consumer-protection authorities. The clinic has hired a collection agency to go after my uncle. What kind of morals do the people at this clinic have? Shame on them. How could any honorable person harass an elderly, disabled person in order to simply drain the person of money? I can only hope that this ends up in court, and that the clinic ends up being punished appropriately.

I asked is she a Neurologist and was told yes. After questioning me she said I was to take nerve tests and one with a cap. I did these and was handed a Radiology Referral to get a Brain Dat scan. I called the company who gave me a breakdown of what this major tests involve including lying flat on my back for 40 minutes or so. I then went online and discovered that Shavit is a NURSE and not a doctor as I was told. SO I cancelled the next appointment and will get another opinion with a true Neurologist before attempting the major test.

Dr Jason Kaplan of the Wellington Disc Center has got to be the worst doctor to ever practice! I…read morewent to the Wellington Disc Center with 4 discs in my lower back in bad shape, which I have suffered with for decades and survived on epidurals that I get when needed. Dr. Kaplan examined me and said that using the "Accu-SPINA" system in his office, he would be able to stretch my spine to allow the discs to reinflate and be sealed. He said it supposedly sucks the bulging/ruptured disk back in (like a jelly donut being refilled) and then with Laser seals the disk. The table/procedure supposedly has a 91% success factor. I went to see him 4 days a week for 4 weeks (16 visits) at a fee of $4,500 paid upfront. RESULTS: He made my back worse! I couldn't walk after his treatments and went back to my epirurals with Dr. Baskin and am now able have my life back to normal. It's too bad that I can only rate Kaplan a 1 star, as I would have selected a -10 (minus 10)! STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD IF YOU HAVE SERIOUS BACK ISSUES!

I had…read morebeen a long time chiropractic patient and I was getting some relief from traditional chiropractic care but not making strides to being long term pain free. Dr. Kaplans changed that. I was referred to him by chiropractor who told me I needed the next level of care which was decompression therapy to get me out pain long term. I took the plunge and after completing treatment I only come in every few months for a visit to keep correction. This treatment saved me from surgery. I've since recommended numerous people to Dr. J's practice for relief. I have only gotten positive feedback from them as well. This is not a paid or compensated endorsement by the way, but paying it forward to let people know there is effective treatment other than surgery. If you needed any more info I found out when I started that Dr. Kaplan travels around the country teaching other Doctors and Chiropractors how to most effectively use Decompression to treat disc and nerve issues.

I then called the office to ascertain whether the doctor had moved on to the next patient, staff however, suggested otherwise- that they would typically call us, if anything. Upon calling the doctor's office the secretary apologized and rescheduled for the next day. Today is the next day. I have called twice and the phone has been disconnected. I called with a different number and left a voicemail. Upon further looking into it, and dilligent calling, I recognize that the error today, was on my part, and not Complet Neurological Care. Thankfully, we were able to reschedule the same day for an appointment.
