Once you arrive at the actual location you go buy out goggles and mask (highly recommended so if you have your own, bring them) and get fitted for a helmet. Make sure the helmet fits snug, it can get windy and your helmet can shift. After that they do a quit intro of how the atvs work. Simple enough. The gas is a bit annoying since you use your thumb for it and the breaks are far off for someone with small hands but honestly you don't need the breaks much if you keep distance from others as letting go of the throttle is enough to get to to prepared stops. The ride itself was fun. The only issue is that having a short passenger also sucks cause they can't leverage their legs so they're stuck needing to completely hang on to you or the handles and unexpected bumps can get them hitting forward. But either way this was really fun and I'd probably do it again without a passenger so I go full throttle. Highly recommended for folks who don't mind getting dirty!

They list their location as 961 NW 7th St, Miami, FL 33136, which makes it seem like you're booking something in a convenient Miami location. However, AFTER you book and pay, they send you an email with the actual meeting location: 15515 SW 177th Ave, Miami, FL 33187 -- which is out near the Everglades, about 40-45 minutes away and roughly a $100 Uber ride. This was never clearly disclosed upfront. To make matters worse, they don't answer their phone at all. You're told "book and we'll contact you," but the only communication you get is an automated email after you've already paid. I contacted them within 10 minutes of booking to cancel once I realized the real location, and they refused, citing a 24-hour cancellation policy that is only revealed AFTER purchase. This feels extremely misleading and unprofessional: * Hidden/unclear location * No real customer support * Policies only shown after payment Be very careful before booking--make sure you know exactly where you're going, because you may not find out until it's too late.

The staff overall were RUDE, CONFRONTATIONAL, and UNPROFESSIONAL. One of the biggest issues was the $100-per-rider deposit. Staff claimed this requirement was clearly stated in both the waiver and confirmation email, but we reviewed the documents on site and could not find that information anywhere. Staff even confirmed it wasn't there. It was extremely misleading and was truly a last-minute money grab knowing we're tourists. I've visited several ATV parks and have never seen one that needed armed security to manage customer disputes. During our visit, security became involved in situations that he consistently escalated tensions rather than helping resolve them. Instead of de-escalating concerns, staff members were beyond eager to argue with customers. The tour itself was poorly managed. The tour started late, and the guide openly stated that he wasn't responsible for telling riders when to stop or slow down, which was shocking considering safety should be a guide's primary responsibility--especially during a nighttime ride. While waiting for our tour, we witnessed multiple customers complaining about issues and receiving poor attitudes in return. We also saw several people leave after seeing how staff handled customer concerns. The atmosphere was CHAOTIC, HOSTILE, and UNWELCOMING. By the end of the experience, we were so dissatisfied that I called to request a refund before I had even left the property. Between the misleading information, poor customer service, lack of professionalism, late tours, and confrontational staff, this was easily one of the WORST ATV EXPERIENCES I've ever had. Zero stars for customer service, the guys barely speak any English which is fine because I speak Spanish too but they were kinda rude and non communicative. Barely gave any instructions. Zero stars on the ATV's, the one I got seemed very old and slow. I was fine with it since it was my first time and I was terrified to flip over so slow and steady was just fine with me. Still, I think the ATV I got should be retired. The pick up area was very sketchy, the whole thing seemed very sketchy... idk.. especially because there was hardly ever any communication. Also, restrooms are porta potties , so be aware before you get there. Be prepared to be muddy and wet! Our shoes were drenched and so were our clothing. New shoes were ruined so make sure to take old shoes. All white clothing was ruined too. Overall we had an amazing time!! Let me start off by…read moresaying that I've never left a review let alone a negative one but I was compelled to because I also have never had as bad of an experience as I had with Jason and Miami speed rentals. I called him several times because I was interested in renting a sling shot but got no answer (and after reading these reviews I'm guessing he doesn't answer the phone because he owes so many people money). I was only able to speak to him after I sent him a text message, to which he replied several hours later. I was never able to ride the sling shot because after we had agreed on a date, time and location, I was "accidentally" charged $200 more and told I would be reimbursed. That was the last message I received from Jason. I have not heard back nor been able to get in contact with Jason ever since. My phone calls go unanswered and my text messages reminding Jason that he needs to pay me back the full amount are left on read. Hands down the shadiest person I have ever dealt with and I live in Miami, which says alot about Jason and his business practices. Hopefully this will help prevent someone else from falling victim to this scammer.
