I wanted to stay local and support the local business. I informed them I would prefer a private room and was told it was an extra $500, I said no problem and I would pay by bank check. About 1 1/2 months I notified the agency I still had not got the paperwork and was told they were a little behind and it will come in the mail. I went to their office in Homestead and no one was ever there and their mailbox was full. A month before I called and asked if I was still on the trip they assured me I was and will be getting the package. 11 days prior I called and said I still haven't got the package and I had a question about travel insurance, George told me he will bring it to my house if need be. 5 days before I called and said I have to get the check from the bank as the weekend was nearing. He told me call the office in 3 hours which I did and was told by George DeBolt for "whatever reason you are not on the trip. I said for whatever reason was your incompetence. Maybe if they ran the office with a competent staff and the owner not trying to to do it all to save money,( he is also the tour bus driver). Being Irish and a Steelers fan this was a huge disappointment, especially the closer it got. If you use this agency don't feel safe till you are actually on the plane. Very poorly run.
