Then 4pm rolled around, nothing. Called again, got someone this time who said no drivers were available, which is totally fine, definitely short notice, but communication is key. Asked to set up another time for Monday, since the business I was looking to have my couch picked up from was closed on Sundays, but I got a confirmation email saying my driver was assigned....for Sunday. Tried calling back again to get it changed, again no answer, and just received a text from them saying it got moved to the 30th. I definitely would have preferred a call - poor communication is thamy biggest thing so far. I'll update this if rectified by awesome service on Monday! Update: wow. Had to move down to one star. Had a guy scheduled to pick up my couch at 3 pm, it's an hour later and I called the business it was to be picked up at and no one has showed yet. No answer from hired hitch, and no call back.

They both assured me that it would then I asked for suggestions and pointers since I had never used a jack hammer before. I arrive at 4:30 and they are closed even though they are open till 5. I come back Tuesday morning twice since no one was there when it opened at 8 and findout my items were not ready. They get them done at noon so I come back for 4th time and their credit card machine is broken so they make find an atm so they can release my items from hostage as they will not take down any credit card info or let me come back to pay. Also, the owner said it wasn't their fault and only blamed the laundry and credit machines for being broken
