I called and left a message on July 14th and no return call. I called and got a woman who took my information and said that they would get back to me with a date that my property could be surveyed and a price. I never received that call back. I called and left a message on August 10th and no return call. I called and left a message today August 16th and left a message informing them that I was going to give them a Google review which I have now done. These people have surely enjoyed their heyday of being the king of surveyors down here in Charlotte county as they do not care about customer service. With the immanent recession that is about to hit us and the housing industry goes into a tank, they have 30 competing survey companies in the area, one would think that they would do the best to get and keep every customer before the collapse hits. I would give them no stars if I was allowed but this review site will not let you. Please do your homework when considering a surveyor in Charlotte county.
