The young man that came out pulled the well pump and tubing totally out of the well and checked things out. He determined that it was a wiring issue causing the problem and I did not need a new pump, saving me easily over $1000. Repairs were done in March 2026, and so far still working just fine.

Told me to hire another well contractor and they would honor my warranty, but they didn't. Cost me $1700 for a new pump. All I wanted was a credit for the warrantied pump. They "claim" since they didn't do the replacement, they couldn't warranty the pump. When I called them, the refused to come to my are because they not longer service my area". Catch 22. Don' trust them..... not as Reliable as their name implies.

They want $1950.00 as a deposit to make an appt. when they won't show up until 4 1/2 months later, to do the job. I guess they have no working capital and are expecting to work on your money.
