We started our search last year to replace our outdated, boring and aged wooden front and side doors. We agreed on investing our money into doors that gave a luxury experience but also provide better security. We came to a conclusion to purchase iron doors because they are really heavy and increases our home property value. We found Duomo Iron Doors from Google Maps because we were looking for options close to our residence. Once I reached out, we setup an appointment to visit their model office where they have multiple samples of iron doors that you can see for yourself. The sales representative was very nice, respectful and took as much as we needed to make our decision in customizing the design and choice of glass for our doors. We left satisfied and placed our order for these doors. Custom build iron doors take at least 8 weeks to build in Mexico and another 2 weeks for transportation to allow time for trucking through customs and to the final destination of our home. So they will typically quote a 8-12 week lead time to be on the safe side, since the installation day will depend on your availability as well. It took a couple of days to install both doors that we purchased and installation of the doors came out great! At the end, they provide a final touch-up service to make sure the doors look flawless and working to the best of the ability! That means a lot of customers have no idea their belongings are sitting in excessive heat and humidity in the middle of summer in texas unless they visit their unit regularly. Their items could be damaged, moldy, or deteriorating without them even knowing. The worst part is that they never notified affected customers. People pay extra for climate controlled storage, and failing to tell them that service is not being provided so they can protect their belongings and find other arrangements is completely unacceptable and in my opinion unethical. Staff has no idea when and even if this is going to be fixed. It's been 2+ weeks and no update

He would say anything to get your business and never deliver on anything he promises. He took our furniture on 07/19, promised to delivered 07/21 and would give us photo updates along the way. It's been a week now, and he is avoiding my call and text. One day he said his shop lost power, but he was bringing generator to finish the chairs. The other day he said chairs were almost done, just waiting to be stained. Fast forward to 07/24, he now promised to refund us money and return the chairs but kept pushing it back. I filed a chargeback with my CC company, and will have to pursue legal action to get the chairs back. Attached is screenshot of the conversation we have had. Please stay away from them.
