We are 40 year customers of Southall Gas. Through thick and thin. Call at 30% and be polite. Pay your bill within 30 days or use a monthly payment system. Things happen - one time we got to 5% so now we have a backup and one time the driver ran over our Landscaping -we fixed it and One time a driver got stuck in our driveway, it needed plowed Took 40 years and no repeats on minor offenses, that we could help remedy. read more

The customer service of the woman working the phones in the office is rude, ignorant, and needs to learn customer service. I would never recommend them to anyone after the way they treat the elderly and even myself. Good riddance. Called Lictus and they were polite and caring. Was able to get something for the next day. read more

Driver was disrespectful sprayed propane at my dogs for barking . He should have gotten in the truck & left if he is that afraid of dogs What would he have done if I didn't catch him!! He had the nerve to say he won't stop the next time I said I know because you will not be on my property again. . I got a discount for what he sprayed & they wrote it as a leak !! We have had Southall gas since 1994. I see reviews people angry because they will not for in till you are at 30%. Be thankful for the price.Much better than anyone else's and that is why so busy. People talk about he women not being nice on the phone. You get what you give. I have never had a problem and the 25 years I have had their service they have never let me run out of fuel! They have their policy and you know that when you start out! Everyone seems to think they should be first in line when they call in for fuel. It does not work that way. As long as they are in business I will stay with them. Treat people with kindness when you call and you will get it in return. Terrible service! Never arrive within 24-48 hours when called. Standard reply is "fill up when its at 30 and we cannot guarantee when a truck will come out. We are behind due to high call volume!" They are always behind due to high call volume. We have rented here for over 3 yrs and its the same BS 3-4x a year! At least its not an old Marge sounding mean woman but a younger sounding lady now dishing out the same "customer BS" lines to save its your fault, its not our fault that we don't care about our customers.... Our gauge sticks and only way to fix is to replace tank. Landlord not concerned and therefore we cannot change service and are stuck with them! DO NOT RECOMMEND!! read more
