Gathered up his equipment and said the floor was a little wet and I didn't have any rags. Ok, I will get it. I went down, there was waste on the floor, tracked through the basement, talked about being pissed off. Keep in mind I am a 80 year old man. I took pictures and called there office, they were nice about it, refunded me 100.00 bucks for the clean up. BUT, as far as I am concerned NEVER again NEVER.​

D&B set the bar pretty low but Geistown was a pleasant surprise. Seriously Johnstown, stop giving d&b your money for sub-par service. Geistown tag and title is a whole different experience! Pleasant waiting room, courteous staff who seem to understand you don't want to spend all day getting your legal vehicle needs taken care of. Everything isn't dirty, dingy, and old like d&b. It's bright and clean, with a large parking lot not located across the street from the business.
