He will actually call you/email you and talk things through with you even when you are random/somewhat annoying like I am so he has been pretty patient with me. :-) Also, he's not like a random subcontractor. Deck wasn't built to drawing specifications. Builder had MK return to correct issues but MK has failed to even order materials necessary to complete the work. After months of back and forth, builder has finally agreed to bring another contractor to correct and finish the job. MK simply used shortcuts to complete the work. MK crews were not engaged with their work to deliver a quality product. There was minimal oversite provided to minimize issues before it was too late. Would not recommend this contractor at all.
