Very unprofessional and no supervisor on site to make sure work was done properly. 2 stars for at least redoing the fence. Terrible customer service.

Deck wasn't built to drawing specifications. Builder had MK return to correct issues but MK has failed to even order materials necessary to complete the work. After months of back and forth, builder has finally agreed to bring another contractor to correct and finish the job. MK simply used shortcuts to complete the work. MK crews were not engaged with their work to deliver a quality product. There was minimal oversite provided to minimize issues before it was too late. Would not recommend this contractor at all.

First, he put me off for 2 months saying he was fully booked. Then he said he was away on vacation and would call back the following week - but he didn't. Then, despite repeated phone calls (and texts) he refuses to call back. This is despite his own admission, via text, that these boards need replacement. Plus, don't have him build deck benches since the boards start warping 6 months after installation. Sam
