I was a management employee of Southeast for 22 years and retired from this company in 2015. I moved out of state and a year later was allowed to come back as a seasonal employee and work 5 months out of the year. That should say something for this company. I was a part of the growth of this company and could not be prouder. I missed the company, the owners and the friends I left behind. That includes in house as well as clients. I made a lot of business friends and still talk to some of these clients on a business level. Over the years one thing that has not changed is the way you are treated here as a family, from the owners on down. Each department is dedicated to the best service we can offer. You can't stay in business this long without treating people right and doing the right thing as a company. It starts with the owners and trickles down to the employees. I use to say (and still do) I enjoy my job and look forward to coming to work every day. I know nothing is perfect, but Southeast is as close as you can get to a perfect company. We have great Owners, Managers, Sales Teams and a wonderful Payroll Department. You would have to look hard to find a company like this. There are clients and employees that have been here for many years and does not look like it will change anytime soon. If you work here to stay away from customer service. Jackie F. Is a terrible manager does not know how to manage only 6 people. If an issue occurs she will just brush it off and blame you for the situation. She will place all the blame on her workers when she is the one misguiding her employees. Promises will Also be made when you start work and once you're at your 1 year then those promised are supposed to be put in work she will tell you those things were never promised. Aso sexual harassment is allowed there as well as I made a complaint about Elisha G as all she does is talk about sex with her husband and her period and will flirt and put her boobs in your face. I made a complaint they told her I made the complaint afterwards she made it a point to try and get me out and she succeeded. I was let go a week later. Terrible department to work for. read more
