Josh towed it the same day, was very responsive and let me know the tire I thought I needed was not the right one. He said he could order one, but because of it being the week of Christmas, it wouldn't be in until the new year. He told me if I could buy one elsewhere, they'd be happy to put it on for me. Amazon had the fastest delivery time, and they arrived on my doorstep at 11:30am on Christmas Eve. Knowing H&M was closing early at 3 for the rest of the week, I called to see if there was any way they'd be able to squeeze us in. By 1:30 that same afternoon, we picked up our golf cart after paying a very fair price, just in time for Christmas. Josh and his team allowed us to be able to take our family visiting from out of town out to look at lights and went out of their way to not only be super communicative in the process but to make the fix for us when they could have easily said we needed to wait until next week. Highly, highly recommend H&M and will definitely be buying our next golf cart through them.

We concluded that a two-person cart would work best for us. For us, the battery for the cart was of major concern. We wanted a lithium battery mainly because they are maintenance free, warranty for 12 years and will outlast all lead acid and gel batteries. This created a challenge since most two person carts utilize lead acid or gel batteries. We shopped around online as well as visited a few golf cart dealers. I contacted Emerald Coast Golf Carts in Pensacola and spoke to Joe. I noticed on their website that they stock a two-person golf cart with a lithium battery. Joe was able to answer my questions, and we decided to take a ride and look at their carts. They sell a brand called Global. We owned a golf cart before, so we knew what we were looking for. We met with Alex, one of the owners of the dealership. He went over all the features of the cart, explained how to charge the battery, etc. We test drove it around and decided to purchase one. My wife and I are very pleased with the no pressure sales, the ease of purchase and delivery, especially the knowledge that Alex and Joe provided. Their pricing was lower than any other similar golf cart that we looked at. We highly recommend this dealership for purchasing and servicing golf carts.
