Up and running, someone recommended Battery Source. I'm so glad they did. Great customer service, great options and unbeatable prices. I arrived to store after speaking with rep over the phone and was very pleased with the prices and the options. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with brand new battery for under $150 for my 2013 Honda Accord. I would usually get in the "Zone", but I've found the source, the Battery source and I'm recommending them to all off my friends.

As of a month ago my auxiliary battery quit and my main battery stopped this weekend. I called several times to tell them the issue. They kept saying warranty only covers 2 years which is fine. The batterys have a 60 month prorated warranty in which they didn't uphold...they wouldn't even try and figure out what my issue was so I finally gave up. They suggested I have it towed to O'Reilly's for a battery. Marty looked up my battery and changed it. They were kind enough to give me the best deal they could offer. Although the battery contributed to the problem, my car still would not start so had to wait and make arrangements to get home, leaving my car there, so I could arrange for it to be towed the next day to repaired. Marty and his team member were kind enough to let me wait in the store while talking to insurance and figuring out my next steps to get home. They were kind enough to let me keep my car in the parking lot and keep my key for the truck the next day.I appreciate their kindness and would recommend them to anybody. Kindness goes a long way.
