Although the exam was 1 of the weirdest I've ever had and the 66 yr old doctor obviously uses too much of his products _he has the body of a 30 yr old bodybuilder on roids, that wasn't the problem. After the exam, and the clinic director comes in .. that's where it begins to go sideways. A personable young guy carries in a binder with all your different options for therapy. He is as pushy as any used car salesman. Their programs are damn expensive and they want to lock you into a contract. Keep reading .. here's the kicker. I could only afford the basic testosterone replacement program and that was fine bc that's what I went in for initially. The same dose and frequency that my family doctor in Seattle had prescribed for all these yrs. ( the cost after insurance was just $ 20.00 per month) was now going to cost .. $150.00 per month! Exactly the same product!! .. This is important *** PINNACLE MENS HEALTH *** now called *** MEN'S HEALTH PLUS *** do not take insurance. The lab results from the blood work comes back and to their credit _ they said my PSA level was too high to allow me to be on TRT. Ok .. I understand that. And I understand paying for the lab test. However, I am very unhappy with the fact that I paid for a months supply of testosterone and the lab test but when they saw I could not use testosterone they offered me the option of having penis injections ( more expensive than test) or having the difference of what was owed to me to be put back on the card. I opted for that. 6 weeks later my CC still hasn't been recredited. Spoke with the clinic director this morning and he now tells me I am only going to be reimburrused for a $100.00 instead of the $ 249.00 that my statment says I'm owed. There are several other clinics in the greater Jax, Fl area that offer the same services. Be wise and choose a different clinic.

His level of expertise and bedside manner is truly rare -- you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and wants the best outcomes for them. When going to her appointment I ,the supportive father/husband, was not allowed to go into the room with her under the excuse of COVID. In another words they don't value family values and they don't want my involvement with my child. STAY FAR AWAY from this place. The negative reviews are all true. 9-16-22. After trying to strong arm me into deleting this review, they called my wife 3hrs after they closed to say they are canceling her visit for 9-19-22. They also sent her a certified letter saying they will not see her anymore.
