Most of my appointments consisted of her verifying which prescriptions she prescribed and which my specialists prescribed. I switched doctors a while back and am now getting excellent care. I have waited to give her this review. I do not recommend Eagle practices and Dr McNeill in particular.

As she was examining me, she asked me about my digestion. I told her about some issues I had been having and she got concerned. She sent me to a gastroenterologist. He recommended a colonoscopy. I ended up being diagnosed with stage 3b rectal cancer at the age of 39. If it had not been for Dr. Lee asking me about my digestion, I never would have brought it up. I credit her with saving my life. Several years ago, Dr. Lee left the practice, and I ended up randomly paired with Dr. Winborne for my next appointment. I am really glad that happened. Dr. Winborne takes the time to sit and listen to her patients. We had a few appointments together, and she said she would like to take over my care. I heartily agreed. Dr. Winborne understands my special needs as a rectal cancer survivor. She has a great bedside manner, and is very knowledgeable.

I am so glad I made the switch. Dr. Dorsey and the staff at Maplewood have been amazing. They truly care for their patients and all listen to our concerns. Everything is always explained in detail. Labs are done in house so no need to travel elsewhere. The office is very ample with comfortable seats on the waiting area. 10/10 for this practice.

From the moment you enter the lobby, you are greeted by a clean, serene environment. The front staff greets you with kind, professional, and thorough questions (to ensure a well-run practice). The wait has never been more than five minutes for me (if that) to be called back for my appointment. The doctor is ushered in shortly after a brief check by the assistant. Dr. Harbaugh has an excellent "bedside manner" and listens to his patients. He also takes time to explain any treatment plans and address any questions or concerns. I have never felt rushed, and I completely trust my care to the quality care of Novant Health Nephrology Associates. I would recommend them to anyone seeking quality kidney care.

He worries about me and gives me the best advice. He does everything in his power to keep me stable and adjust my medications accordingly. I was almost getting ready to start dialysis and thanks to him I have been stable for the last 3 years and so far have not needed to start yet. The studies he has recommended have helped tremendously. I am grateful for all his work and honest concern for my health. I don't wish this disease on anyone, but if you do have issues, then this is the most professional and caring place to be treated at.

I did, and I got in. It took them literally 45 minutes to take my (VERY non complicated) family history, etc. into the computer. Then the doctor came in and had no idea what it was, no explanation of next steps really, just said that I was getting blood results. And apparently she referred me to a specialist that didn't even do the test she wanted to do. Thanks for checking up on that. I had some bloodwork drawn, which it's nice because it's right in the same office, and sent away. I would get the results in the morning and this office will NOT call you until the afternoon. On one of my tests, I had a few questions, but the nurse had NO idea and it turns out the doctor only works Tuesday and Thursday mornings. So CLEARLY the time to call me was Thursday afternoon when there is literally not ONE person in there to answer my questions. When I asked about that gap in logic she had no answer and no idea why I was upset that they would call me with nobody in who ACTUALLY COULD ANSWER A QUESTION. I suppose they just think that everyone is a little drone who won't ask a question about their own bodies. Go find someone else. This practice is awful.

They are a family practice, so they will refer you when necessary. - They are GREAT at communication via the Novant system messaging and scheduler. I have had many conversations with my doctor in that capacity. - It is very clean - The lab work you need is done on site - They have filed with my insurance just fine and dandy.

She has a wonderful bedside manner and takes whatever time you need to talk about your health. I have had a number of health issues and with her support, I have overcome almost all of them. I love the front desk receptionist, Donna. She is always so nice and welcoming. I have never not been able to get a sick visit the day I call and one time I called with extremely high blood pressure and they had me come right then and squeezed me in.
