If I would have not found the issue, the ENTIRE roof and ceiling would have been ruined due to condensation and inevitable mold issues. The owner was unresponsive for months. When I was finally able to communicate (he wouldn't answer phone, blocked calls, etc. had to call from a different number). He wanted to charge me to install vents. When I informed him he didn't install the roof properly, he texted "Call another roofer". Fittingly, I would recommend you do the same.
