Once a long line of customers forms, right away two other bank tellers will come out to assist making wait times decrease significantly which is very convenient. My grandma is hard of hearing and is slow at conducting business which can frustrate young professionals at times. However, the bank tellers at this location were patient, kind and accommodating which was nice to see. I will continue to take my grandma to do business at this location. They also have one ATM right in front of the building and a drive-thru ATM at the back of the building. Their parking lot is on the small side with handicap parking available right in front.

Having endorsed the check as usual it was returned to me twice for corrections and my driver's license. I drove away wishing I had gone to my wonderful Town Center branch, which I will do next time I have a need. I had to reach in and out of the cashier drawer so many times that I accidentally dropped my checkbook in the vehicle and didn't notice. I panicked that night when I couldn't find it to make a tax payment. I'm sure this branch is lovely, just like the rest of TowneBank's offices. But next time I'll stick to the branch that knows me.

I sat down with a personal accountant to figure out the best credit card option through the bank and not only did the employee take a personal call while I was with her, but she did not seem to be knowledgable at all about my options. My concerns were for naught as my experience at BayPort has been excellent. This location is a full service credit union and also serves as a co-op shared branch so they can process transactions for BayPort customers as well as members of other co-op credit unions. Very cool. BayPort offers complete online banking services so I don't actually have to visit a branch very often but when I do I am always made to feel welcomed and a valued member. At this branch there a couple of drive-through windows as well as a drive-through ATM lane. The ATM is outside the building and open 24 hours. There is adequate parking in their private lot but if it happens to be full there is tons of free parking available at the adjoining shopping center. Hours are pretty liberal and convenient with the lobby being open Monday - Thursday from 9AM-5:30PM and Friday until 6:000PM. The drive-through windows stay open thirty minutes longer every day. Unfortunately there are no Saturday or Sunday hours. I enjoy being a member of this credit union. They always provide stellar service and will go the extra mile to accommodate your needs and keep their members happy.

Over the course of my auto loan, I discovered that the interest I was charged appears to exceed what I understood and documented in my original agreement by more than $3,000. When I requested a copy of the original contract and supporting documentation explaining the charges, I was repeatedly directed back to Courtesy Auto, the dealership where I purchased the vehicle, despite BayPort being the lender servicing my loan. The situation became even more concerning when my vehicle was repossessed approximately five days after a payment was due, despite my contract reflecting a 10-day grace period. At the time, I had only three payments remaining, totaling approximately $990. During the repossession, the front bumper was damaged, which I have documented on video. I later received correspondence regarding approximately $2,000 in charges related to an alleged lapse in insurance coverage beginning May 10, 2026. The vehicle had already been repossessed on May 4, 2026. After I contacted my insurance agent, I subsequently received correspondence indicating that the insurance issue should be disregarded. I have since learned that the vehicle was sold for approximately $7,850, despite my remaining loan balance being approximately $990. I am now requesting a complete accounting showing the sale proceeds, all fees and charges deducted, the interest calculations over the life of the loan, and any surplus funds that may be owed to me. I have retained documentation, correspondence, insurance records, payment history, and video evidence related to these issues. At this point, I have retained an attorney and will allow the documentation to speak for itself. Consumers should be able to obtain clear documentation regarding their own loan without being given the runaround. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend keeping copies of every contract, payment record, letter, and communication when financing a vehicle through BayPort.

I have a job and I am working off the balance. But couldn't they consider that I've been a customer for decades and reduce the interest rate? They keep saying I must call but then I do and they go round and round and round in circles- never resolving.
