Since found liable, they have refused to pay the awarded amount and have ignored any correspondence from me to collect. Highly dishonest, negligent, and no accountability. They caused over $2,000 dollars of damage while doing a bearing replacement and denied responsibility. I am not even that mad at the damage. But the unprofessionalism and complete lack of accountability is unacceptable.
