She gave us four 5 x7 of the same pose. I live in Florida and had the receipt so my sister did not know and just trusted that we got our order. My sister mailed me the photos and I checked them with the receipt and found Susan shorted us two 5x7. When I called her to explain she got very defensive and told me she did not know what I was talking about because she does not make mistakes. So now I have to mail back the photos to my sister so she can take them to Susan so she can see that we got four 5x7 of one pose. Susan was totally unwilling to correct her error and refused to listen to me. If you use her make sure you keep your receipt.

He was much happier and Emily N. did a great job clipping his hair while he was wiggly and looking around. They even turned on Bluey for him so he would watch that while he was getting his haircut! It was my kiddos first haircut and they threw away her hair before giving me her hair. That's something you can't get back. Another person shouldn't have been sweeping our area while we were getting our hair washed to make sure that our stylist got her hair. They did try to make it right by giving my $5 dollars off but it was her first hair cut and I can't get that back. Wont be coming back.
