Do not use this business-why? I requested help with my TV…read morethat didn't show a picture on 3/27. After many visits, unanswered pleas on voice mail and unanswered text messages I am still with out a picture. I'm also out $650 for the replacement receive I was told I need. That new receiver didn't work either?? On April 15 I demanded my money back with no luck. So now I've filed a complaint in small claims court. I see now that he has no license to perform low voltage work. His text to me-"lets remember we're talking about TV and music here no life or death situations". Another-"you treat me like my wicked step mother". NEVER NEVER use Elite Vision an Sound!!
