Tree removed carefully and he took photos of the roof for me. The yard was cleaned up and you couldn't tell all that had happened. They put the tarps back up to cover every hole in the roof. Overall, amazing service. Got a quote on some other trees that were making me nervous and was very pleased with the amount. I spoke with one co-owner (Javier) for estimate/consultation, and the other (Adrian) was on site supervising the work. They both answered all of my questions and were very insightful. It truly seemed as though they enjoy spending time with their customers. It couldn't have been any easier. There were no attempts at cross-selling/pressure to do more.
